Admission Requirements for Studying in Germany To be eligible for free education in Germany, you need to meet certain academic and language requirements.Â
Undergraduate (Bachelor's) Programs

High school qualification equivalent to German Abitur (A-levels, IB, Ausmat or STPM for Malaysians)

 Language proficiency: For German-taught programs: B2-C1 level in German For English-taught programs: IELTS (6.0–6.5) or TOEFL (80–100)
Postgraduate (Master's) Programs
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum duration of 3 years
-
Related academic background to the selected master program
-
 Language proficiency as per program requirements
Good news:  You don’t need to know German if you apply for an English-taught program.

Proof of funds (€11,904 as of September, 2024 in a blocked account)

Health insurance
After you got an offer letter.

Arrive in Germany & Enroll ​

Pay the semester fee and get your student ID
