Dual Vocational Training Program
Ausbildung is a 3 Year dual vocational training program in Germany, which combines theoretical learning with practical on-the-job training.
Apprentices will work in a company and attend vocational school while receiving monthly allowances during the 3 year training. Upon good performance and completion of the program, the training company will absorb for a full-time position.
