Master's Degree in Germany

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor degree must be at least 3 years or longer

• Transfer credits from previous diploma to shorten first year degree will not be counted

• Applicants must be either in the final semester or have completed a bachelor degree at the time of applying

• Choice of Master's degree must be related/ similar to the previous bachelor's degree course

Language requirements 

​

• Varies from university to university

• Most Master's degree program requires English proficiency to be proved either through IELTS/ TOEFL / CEFR B2 certificate not older than 2 years at the point of applying

• MUET is not accepted as a proof of English proficiency

Requirements to obtain a student visa

​

• Received an offer letter from a university in Germany

• €11,904 (approx. RM59,520)​ must be deposited into the applicants account to prove sufficient means to cover living expenses in Germany for 1 year.

• The funds can be obtained from a loan / grant / scholarship or personal / parents' savings
